According to the Article 11 of the KVKK, personal data owners or their legal representatives (“Applicant” or “Relevant Person”) defined as the relevant person within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”), have the rights of to learn whether the personal data related to them are processed or not, to request them if they have been processed, to request correction of\u00a0 them if the content of the data is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion and removal of them if they are\u00a0 against the law, to request the notification of these transactions to the third parties to whom the data is transferred and to request compensation for damages due to the illegal processing of the data<\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the first paragraph of article 13 of the KVKK; applications regarding these rights must be submitted to us, <\/span>AES Yat \u0130n\u015faat Turizm \u0130thalat \u0130hracat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e. (“AES YAT”),<\/b> as the data controller.\u00a0 In accordance with Article 6 of Notification on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, (“Notification”), <\/span>depending on the nature of the request, the application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, <\/b>However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the\u00a0 Article 7 of the Notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICATION METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n

Application via Post or in Person: <\/b>With the application form<\/span> filled and signed by the applicant and documents showing identity<\/b>, you can apply to Sad\u0131k Sokak No: 11 Tuzla, \u0130stanbul, AES YAT via post or in person.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application by Registered Electronic Mail (REM): <\/b>You can apply by signing the attached application form with the “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 by the Applicant, and sending it from the applicant’s REM address to the Data Controller’s address which is <\/span>aesyat@hs01.kep.tr<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application via E-mail: <\/b>The attached application form can be submitted to the address of the Data Controller, kvkk@aesyacht.com<\/a>, from the applicant’s e-mail address that has been defined and registered by the Applicant in AES Yacht systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
We remind you that if you write “<\/span><\/i>Request for Information \/ Amendment within the Scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data<\/i><\/b>” on the application envelope or in the subject part of the e-mail, you can get a faster response.<\/span><\/i><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

In addition, applications can be made through a Notary public or by means of legally valid methods that allow authentication. It is recommended to comply with the above-mentioned issues in applications to the extent that the method allows, since it will increase the likelihood of the application to be concluded in a positive and short time.<\/span><\/p>\n
